The Elections Governance Committee acknowledges frustrations regarding the complications surrounding Medical Science students’ ballots. Per Bylaw 2, the EGC utilizes data provided by the Office of the Registrar to build our voter lists and all upper-year Medical Science students are coded as Schulich students. As such, we will be making the changes manually, and on an ad hoc basis as students contact us.
In order to mitigate this issue and similar balloting issues, students who do not see the correct candidates listed should email [email protected]. If you do not see the correct candidates listed, please do not vote, as your voter profile can be edited as needed.
